甘肃省发展低碳经济的路径研究

甘肃省地处偏远的西北内陆,自然条件差,经济发展落后,但矿产资源相对丰富,重工业基础雄厚,发展低碳经济既面临严峻挑战又充满机遇。针对甘肃省产业结构偏重、工业化正处于初期向中期迈进、能源结构以煤炭为主以及碳排放强度较大的现状特点,分析了甘肃省发展低碳经济面临的困境和挑战,指出只有依托科技和制度创新,大力发展循环经济、低碳农业、新型能源,进行产业结构调整,才是甘肃发展低碳经济的现实选择,才能走上可持续发展的路子。
