| Abstract: | The basic concepts of the group velocity and the energy propagation velocity are topics which should be closely understood by the students of electric engineering faculty. It cannot be expounded in detail within the frame of engineering physics course. Therefore some discussions on the connection and distinction among the velocities of the phase, wave group and energy propagation are given in this paper. |
