| 摘 要： | 由于客观上企业和政府机关在地理上的分布性以及工作时间的不连续性,当需要处理较为重要且有时限性要求的事务时,现有的各种办公系统的局限性就显现出来.介绍了电子政务中的实时信息通讯技术,引入无线移动通讯平台,嵌入办公自动化系统,实现政令的实时上传与下达.
