| Abstract: | The land is non-renewable resources.With nearly 20 years of rapid economic development in Songjiang,the available land resources has become increasingly depleted.Particularly the international financial crisis in 2008 highlights the importance and urgency of industrial restructuring,changing patterns of development in Songjiang.Songjiang is now in the new situation of accelerating transition or upgrading of industrialization,urbanization,and modernization.Therefore,vigorously promotion of the economical and intensive land use is the inevitable choice in protecting land resources,and improvement of the efficency and benefit of land use is the inevitable choice in promoting transition or upgrading of industrialization and changing patterns of development. |
