| 摘 要： | 分析了１９９８年大兴安岭地区大洪水的成因，主要是厄尔尼诺事件，大气环流异常，客站来水量大，地区小气候，生态平衡受到严重破坏等因素影响。提出了成功预报依据，探讨了防洪抗洪的对策。

| Abstract: | This articale analysizes the cause of heavy flood formation in Daxinganling region in 1998.The main reason of flood is the influence of ElNino,the irregularity of atmosphere circle,more water come from passenger station,the influence of local climate and ecology environment suffer serious destroying.This text gives the foundation of flood sucess forcast and inquires into flood defence countermeasure. |
