充分发挥资源优势,大力开发岩盐矿产

我国目前的盐业生产主要以海盐为主，由于海盐生产受气候和土地条件的严重制约，因此，多年来我国的盐业生产一直处于一种不稳定的状态中，纵观世界盐业近几十年来的发展方向，海盐在大幅度减少，而岩盐生产却和到了大幅度的发展，并逐渐取代了海盐。与海盐相比，岩盐具有很多优势，因此，在综合分析世界盐业发展的基础上提出，我国应大力发展岩盐生产，最终实现以岩盐取代海盐的战略目标。

Accelerate Development of Rock Salt Giving Ample Scope to the Prior Resources

China is the oldest salt producer in the world. Now the annual output has reached 30 mt of which the solar salt accounts for about 70 percent while the rock salt only accounts for 25 percent. In today)s world salt production,rock salt sector has taken over 80 percent of total world salt output and large scale productivity has been the trend of development. The trend is considered to be the cause of high competitive and stable productivity. Looking back the China's salt production structure and salt supply status in the past a few years,the large scale salt production relies on the uncertain climate which has resulted in temporary shortage of salt supply and followed by over-productive in the next a few years to the shortage year. To solve the unreliable production situation providing a hard base for the chemical inductry needs favorite government policies and foresighted guidance. Since there are huge rock salt reserves available in the central--eastern China,and that the rock salt is more reliable,favourite to environment protection,high production efficiency and possible to form large-scale production providing a high competition ability,more and more policy-maker's attention is needed for the future re formation.
