| Abstract: | In this paper Moroto's analytical solution and simplified solution about additional stress in a transversely isotropic elastic subsoil under strip even load are introduced and discussed. The author's simplified solution is suggested, which simply and clearly shows similarities and differences in the distribution regularity of additional stress in isotropic and transversely isotropic subsoils, and can be easily used in engineering. |
