| Abstract: | A set of equations for multi merging process in a group of galaxies has been established. Several physical properties in the multi merging process have been studied by numerical solution of the equation set. Calculation shows that initially compact groups of galaxies must be undergoing multi merging at present, but their surface number densities will not increase as the merging proceeds and the radius decreases. |
