高矿化度矿井水结垢趋势及影响因素研究

摘    要:通过对某矿区矿井水水质进行分析,利用Davis-Stiff饱和指数法对不同pH值、温度、Ca2+浓度以及浓缩倍数下高矿化度矿井水中碳酸钙的结垢趋势预测,并通过静态结垢实验对不同条件下模拟水样中的结垢量测定,研究了矿井水中碳酸钙的结垢规律。结果表明:研究区矿井水中主要无机结垢为碳酸钙;矿井水中碳酸钙的结垢量会随着温度、pH值、Ca2+、浓缩倍数的升高而增大。

Abstract:Through water quality analysis for mine water in a mine area,using Davis-Stiff saturation index method has carried out prediction of calcium carbonate scaling trend in highly mineralized mine water under different p H,temperature,Ca2+concentration and cycles of concentration.Through static scaling test has carried out amount of scale buildup in simulated water sample under different conditions,studied calcium carbonate scaling pattern in mine water.The result has shown that the main inorganic scale in mine water is calcium carbonate.Mine water calcium carbonate amount of scale buildup will increase with rising of temperature,p H,Ca2+and cycles of concentration.
