| 摘 要： | 自然资源部的成立对自然资源统一监管具有里程碑的意义,要实现自然统筹管理,必须构建一套完整的自然资源调查指标体系。研究以重庆市为例,在解读自然资源概念及分类基础上,对比分析各行业管理部门标准规范之间的异同性,综合各项自然资源分类指标优势,从自然资源管理角度,提出分类体系统一、技术标准一致的自然资源调查指标设计构想,以期为解决自然资源空间上缺乏整体控制、重复交叉等问题提供依据。

| Abstract: | The establishment of Ministry of Natural Resources of the People's Republic of China had great importance for supervision and administration of natural resources.At present,there was no national standards on classifications of natural resources,it was im-perative to construct a unified index system of natural resource.The study made an in-depth analysis on the concepts and classifica-tions of natural resources,then compared the similarities and differences between various national standards and specifications of natu-ral resources.The design was expected to provide a basis for solving the problem of overlapping of natural resource investigation. |
