河北省产业结构与就业结构的时空灰色关联分析

分析了河北产业结构与就业结构关系,利用2002到2016年河北经济年鉴中产业结构与就业人口数据进行时空灰色关联分析,结果表明,第一产业就业人口与河北省产业结构关联度最高,然后是第二产业和第三产业。同时分析得出就业率与产业结构具有高关联。文章就河北省就业结构对产业结构升级提出三方面建议:一是,在保证农业产值的情况下,提升农业生产结构,并向二、三产业输出劳动力;二是,加强工业与高新科技的结合,巩固支柱产业地位;三是,增加向第三产业的政策倾斜,为第三产业的发展创造良好环境,同时,加强教育与人才引进。

Spatial and Temporal Grey Correlation Analysis of Industrial Structure and Employment Structure in Hebei Province

This paper analyzed the relationship between industrial structure and employment structure in Hebei province.The spatial and temporal grey correlation analysis was conducted by using the industrial structure and employment population data in Hebei economic yearbook from 2002 to 2016.The results show that the employment population of primary industry has the highest correlation with the industrial structure of Hebei province,followed by secondary industry and tertiary industry.At the same time,it is concluded that employment rate is highly correlated with industrial structure.Three suggestions on the employment structure in Hebei province were given to upgrade the industrial structure.Firstly,we proposed to improve the structure of agricultural production and export labor force to the second and third industries under the condition of ensuring agricultural output value.Secondly,we suggested to strengthen the combination of industry and high and new technology,and consolidate the position of pillar industry.Thirdly,we will increase the policy orientation towards the tertiary industry,create a favorable environment for the development of the tertiary industry,and strengthen education and talent introduction.
