摘    要:采用惯性导航系统与全球导航卫星系统的轨道快速检测系统对轨道进行往返精密测量后,利用长轨精调软件进行内业数据处理得到轨道精调方案。对于相同的原始数据,受软件操作人员的技术水平和经验影响,即使满足各项指标要求,不同操作人员得到的精调方案也会不同。因此,有必要对不同的轨道精调方案进行定量评价。本文首先提出了适用于评价精调方案的5个指标,同时分析给出了各指标限差阈值,在满足轨道平顺性指标限差的条件下,引入“功效系数法”对指标进行无量纲化处理,并以“特征值”法对指标赋权,最后以加权线性和法对指标合成,从而对轨道精调方案进行定量评价。实例验证表明,该评价指标及评价方法能够对不同操作人员所给的精调方案进行合理、有效的评价。

Abstract:After using track fast detection system based on Inertial Navigation System/Global Navigation Satellite System(INS/GNSS)to precisely measure the track,the long-track fine-tuning software is used to process the internal data to get the track fine adjustment scheme.For the same raw data,affected by the technical level and experience of software operators,different operators will get different fine-tuning schemes even if they meet the requirements of various indicators.Therefore,it is necessary to quantitatively evaluate different orbit fine tuning schemes.Five indicators suitable for evaluating fine tuning schemes are put forward in this paper.At the same time,the threshold of limit difference of each index is analyzed and given.Under the condition that the limit difference of track smoothness index is satisfied,the efficiency coefficient method is introduced to deal with the index dimensionless,and the eigenvalue method is used to weigh the index.Finally,the weighted linearity method is used to synthesize the index to quantify the track fine tuning schemes.Examples show that the evaluation indicator and evaluation method can reasonably and effectively evaluate the fine tuning schemes given by different operators.
