| 摘 要： | 介绍合成孔径雷达干涉测量的原理和DEM获取流程。基于Linux操作系统，利用Gamma软件处理平台，对上海某地区ERS-1／2卫星影像数据进行处理，成功提取高精度的数字高程模型。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the main principle of InSAR and acquiring flow of DEM are introduced.Based on Gamma software processing platform in Linux system,Using the ERS SAR data,it successfully obtained accurate digital elevation model of an area in Shanghai. |
