| 摘 要： | 结合当前土地管理现状和市场交易的现状、需求背景和GIS实现技术,分析了建立土地储备管理信息平台的必要性,确定了系统开发的技术路线与开发环境,描述了系统总体架构设计、功能架构设计、数据库设计,设计并实现了土地储备动态管理信息系统。

| Abstract: | Combining with the current land management and the status of the market,the demand for GIS technology background and analysis of the management of interest rates create a land storage necessity of the platform,which determines the system development environment and development of technology work flow.In this paper,it descriles the design of the overall system architecture,functional architecture,database design,design and development the land storage of dynamic management information system. |
