时代呼唤新编《中国法制史》

《中国法制史》是我国大学法律专业本科学生的必修课,但由于种种原因,有关教材却存在着各种问题。针对用什么价值体系来评价中国古代法律制度的优劣和采用何种篇章结构安排内容的问题,探讨了依据建设政治文明的价值体系来评价中国古代法律制度的优劣,比采用阶级斗争观点更符合实际;而依据部门法的发展来叙述各法律制度的演变过程,也比那种按朝代来叙述的篇章结构,更简洁清晰,应据此编写出从指导思想到篇章结构全新的《中国法制史》。

New Era with New Edition of Chinese Legal System History

“Chinese Legal System History” is required course of the professional undergraduates of the law in universities of our country. But for various reasons, there are various kinds of questions about the teaching material in which the university uses of our country at present. The questions are appraising China ancient legal quality of system with what value system and adopting which kind of chapter issue of structure to come mainly to the arrangement of text. This text should appraise the quality of China's ancient legal system according to the value system of building political civilization which corresponds to reality more than the value system of class struggle adopted before. And narrating the development course of every legal system according to the development of the department law will be more succinct and clear than chapter structure according to the dynasty. Thus new edition of “Chinese Legal System History”with brand-new guidelines and structure of the chapter is published.
