用传播梁调整地基应力的工程实践

畅通过传播梁与承重墙体或柱体之间产生的摩阻力，将承重墙体或柱体承受的部分或全部荷载传递出去，从而调整承重墙基或柱基下的地基应力达到设计要求。本文分析了两个危房工程的加固效果。实践表明：该方法不但切实可行而且比其它托换技术有独特的优点。

Engineering Practice on Adjusting Foundational Stress with Dissemination Beam

Through the side frictional forces introduced between dissemination beam and bearing cylinderbody or wall-body, the dissemination beam can remove a part or the whole of the loads acting on the wall orcylinder. In this way the foundational stress can be adjusted to meet the designal requirement.In this paper, two practices about reinforcement of dangerous buildings are shown, which prove that thismethod is not only feasible but also has obvious practical value. So, it is better than other techniques.
