| Abstract: | Based on the study of the physcial-chemical properties of montmorillonite and the investigation of the damage process of a diorite rock mass filled with montmorillonite in its fractures, which occurs around a tunnel, this paper analyses the causes of rock mass damage and puts forward a series of measures to improve the stability of the rock mass. |
