| 摘 要： | 群测群防是我国地质灾害防治的主要防灾减灾措施之一。文章在介绍三峡水库区地质灾害群测群防监测系统的构成、职能的基础上,论述了地质灾害群测群防监测点的监测方法、监测内容、监测网点的布设原则、监测网点的建立和监测系统的运行管理。介绍了三峡水库区群测群防监测减灾防灾取得的显著效果。
