| Abstract: | Sythesizing some data from abroad, the paper is dealing with the progress on geophysical survey, especially multi-channel seismic survey, deep-sea drilling, seismic stratigraphic study, and the study of the Weddell Sea and Ross Sea, which are of large area and petroleum prospects, in the Antarctic continental margin since th 1970s. |
