摘    要:海水循环冷却技术,是海水资源利用领域一项新技术,属于海水直接利用技术的范畴。海水含盐量高,具有腐蚀和结垢性的离子浓度远高于一般淡水,且微生物和大生物的种类多、含量高,远不符合国家标准《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》规定的循环冷却水的水质要求,但是,海水循环冷却技术实验室研究表明,通过添加海水缓蚀剂,阻垢分散剂,菌藻杀生剂等海水水处理药剂,在腐蚀控制,污垢控制,菌藻控制等方面,可以达到或接近国家有关标准规定的技术指标要求。

Abstract:As one of new technique in the field of seawater resource utilization,seawater circulating cooling technology is one way to utilize seawater directly. With higher salinity, a greater variety and higher number of microbe and organism than fresh water, seawater is particularly susceptible to corrosion and biofouling. Its quality is far lower than national standard "Code for design of circulating cooling water treatment" (GB50050-9), which regulates water quality of circulating cooling water. The results of seawater circulating cooling treatment experiment show that in the fields of steel corrosion control, fouling deposit control, biofouling control, and so on, by adding chemicals (such as anti-corrosive agent, scale dispersing inhibitor, algaecide and biocide, etc.) that can treat water, the technique of seawater circulating cooling treatment can achieve or approach the national standard which stipulates relevant water quality requirement.
