基于POI数据的城市生活便利度指数研究

生活便利度是评价宜居城市重要的影响因素,居民日常生活的便利度主要指居民日常利用公共和服务设施的便利程度,POI数据具有公共服务设施种类覆盖度高,数据范围覆盖面广等特点。基于POI等开放数据进行城市生活便利度指标评价体系建设和城市生活便利度指数计算,比较城市平均生活便利度指数和城市社区生活便利度指数的研究,为城市公共服务设施专项规划提供了实际参考依据,同时,为利用开放数据进行规划应用探寻了新思路和新方法。

Study on Urban Life Convenience Index Based on POI Data

Life convenience is the most important component for livable city evaluation. Life convenience refers to the resident daily use of public service facilities. POI data has a high degree of species coverage of public service facilities, and covers a wide range of data. Based on POI data and other opened data, this paper carried out the construction of evaluating system of urban life convenience and the calculation of urban life convenience index, compared the average life convenient index and the community life convenient index, in order to provide an actual reference for the special planning for urban public service facility, at the same time, to seek the new ideas and methods for planning application used of the opened data.
