新疆砂岩型氧化铜矿溶剂萃取工艺研究

摘    要:溶剂萃取技术是目前常用的处理低浓度铜溶液的方法。根据新疆砂岩型铜矿资源和自然条件等特点,对不同浸出工艺条件、不同浸出溶液进行了溶剂萃取的工艺基础研究,提出了基于低浓度氨堆浸出-萃取-电积工艺,以达到成功开发新疆砂岩型氧化铜矿之目的。

TECHNOLOGY OF SOLVENT EXTRACTION OF HIGH ALKALI AND LOW GRADE COPPER OXIDE ORE IN XINJIANG
Abstract:Copper oxide ore distributes the margin of Tarim basin in Xinjiang. Hydrometallurgy of copper has been developed rapidly in recently. The problem of how to exploit and utilize of high alkali and low grade copper oxide ore in Xinjiang has been raised. Using the technology of heap leaching with low concentration ammonia to treat this ore is possible. Based on this, the technology of solvent extraction about the solution, which comes from heap leaching with low concentration ammonia, has been discussed in this paper.
