白苓汤联合盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗儿童特应性皮炎30例

目的：观察白苓汤联合盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗儿童特应性皮炎的临床疗效。方法：将90 例特应性皮炎患儿随机分成治疗组、对照1组、对照2组，每组各30 例。3组均外用中药参黄洗剂，在此基础上，治疗组采用白苓汤联合西药盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗，对照1组单纯采用盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗，对照2组单纯采用白苓汤治疗。于治疗2、4周后，比较3组患儿湿疹面积及严重度指数评分法（EASI）评分、视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分、中医证候积分以及安全性。结果：总有效率治疗组为93.33%（28/30），高于对照1组的76.67%（23/30）和对照2组的83.33%（25/30），差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗2、4周后，3组EASI、VAS评分及中医证候积分均较治疗前明显下降，除对照1组治疗2周后的EASI评分与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义外，各组组内比较以及治疗组与对照1、2组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05或P＜0.01），对照1、2组组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。复发率治疗组为8.00%（2/25），对照1组为25.00%（4/16），对照2组为10.00%（2/20），其中治疗组与对照1组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。3组不良反应发生情况比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：白苓汤联合盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗儿童特应性皮炎的疗效优于单用西药或中药治疗，可更有效地减轻皮损和瘙痒程度，减少复发率，且安全性较高。

Clinical effect of Bailing decoction combined with cetirizine hydrochloride drops in treatment of atopic dermatitis in children: An analysis of 30 cases

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Bailing decoction combined with cetirizine hydrochloride drops in the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children.Methods: A total of 90 children with atopic dermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group，control group 1，and control group 2，with 30 patients in each group.In addition to external application of the traditional Chinese medicine Shenhuang lotion，the patients in the treatment group received Bailing decoction combined with the Western medicine cetirizine hydrochloride drops，those in control group 1 received cetirizine hydrochloride drops alone，and those in control group 2 received Bailing decoction alone.After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment，the three groups were compared in terms of eczema area，Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI)，Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score，traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score，and safety.Results: The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than control groups 1 and 2 ［93.33% (28/30) vs 76.67% (23/30) and 83.33% (25/30)，P<0.05］.After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment，all three groups had reductions in EASI，VAS score，and TCM syndrome score，which were statistically significant in all except control group 1 after 2 weeks of treatment，and there were significant differences between the treatment group and control groups 1 and 2 in these indices (P<0.05 or P<0.01)；however，no significant differences were found between control groups 1 and 2 (P>0.05).The recurrence rate was 8.00% (2/25) in the treatment group，25.00% (4/16) in control group 1，and 10.00% (2/20) in control group 2，with a significant difference between the treatment group and control group 1 (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the three groups (P>0.05).Conclusion: Bailing decoction combined with cetirizine hydrochloride drops has a better clinical effect than Western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine alone in the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children and can effectively alleviate skin lesion and pruritus and reduce recurrence rate，with a favorable safety profile.
