| 摘 要： | 金刚石薄膜涂层硬质合金刀具是CVD金刚石薄膜的重要应用领域之一。通过该型刀具与普通硬质合金刀具对高硅铝合金这一难加工材料的切削对比试验 ,显示出金刚石薄膜涂层硬质合金刀具不论在切削寿命、加工精度方面 ,还是在导热性等方面 ,其切削性能明显优于普通硬质合金刀具

| Abstract: | The cemented carbide tool coated with diamond film is one of the important application of CVD diamond film. Through the comparative experiment with the common cemented carbide tool on cutting aluminium-silicon, it is shown that the cemented carbide tool coated with diamond film is better on cutting performance than the common cemented carbide tool. |
