花岗岩与混凝土胶结面抗剪强度的试验研究

摘    要:坐落在基岩上的重力式建筑物(重力坝、悬索桥的锚碇等),依靠基岩与大体积混凝土接触面的摩擦力平衡巨大的水压力或锚索拉力。接触面的摩擦系数有很小的变化,需要混凝土的体积发生大的变化保持摩擦力不变,从而工程造价出现大的差别。针对润扬长江公路大桥南汊悬索桥锚碇接触面抗剪强度取值问题,采用室内控制粗糙度试验的方法,测试了不同风化程度和粗糙度的花岗岩与混凝土接触面的抗剪强度。结合现场编录和现场粗糙度测试结果,获得了混凝土与基岩胶结面摩擦角的分区和面积加权平均值,为锚碇的稳定验算提供了准确的数据。试验结果对其它重力式抗滑结构设计有参考价值。

Abstract:The gravity resistance structures on rocks (gravity dams, anchors of the suspension bridges, etc.) are born huge horizontal forces. The volume of the structure would change significantly if the coefficient of resistance changes a little for keeping resistance, which will increase the cost of the structure. The direct shearing tests have been completed with the contact surfaces between concrete and light to full weathered granite rocks. The test results show that the cohesion and the friction angles depend on the weathered degree and the roughness of the rocks. The area of the weathered degree and the roughness of the rocks are divided in the field when the pits excavated. The means of the cohesion and the friction angle are obtained by the experiment and the field test. The results are useful for check of the stability of the anchors and as reference of the similar gravity structures.
