| Abstract: | According to the background of the socialist market economy,the investment and the compensation of the production in three respects as follows; the meteorological service manufactures, the meteorological means of production and the commodity of the imformation of the meteorological technology are analysed theoretically in the paper. The main body of the investment,the principle and the model of the compensation are also provided creatively. |
