人工影响天气综合业务平台一期建设

中国气象局人工影响天气综合业务平台一期建设任务顺利完成。在该综合业务平台上已实现全国所有固定作业点的飞机、火箭、高炮等作业信息的收集、整理、显示，还基本实现组网雷达基数据的实时屏幕显示和一定延迟下的RHI剖面分析功能，用静止气象卫星高时间分辨率和大范围覆盖数据反演云降水粒子信息的准实时显示，

Construction of CMA Integrated Operational Platform of Weather Modification (First Phase)

The CMA Integrated Operational Platform of Weather Modification （first phase） is completed successfully in 2008. the tollowlng functlons can be realized on the platform： the collection, processing, and display of the operation information from all the operationa sites about aircrafts, rockets, archibalds across China; the real-time display of the networking radar basic data and RHI cross-section analysis with a certain delay; the quasi-real time display of cloud precipitation particle information retrieved from the geostationary satellite data with high temporal resolution and large coverage;
