摘    要:采用碳化氨水为浸取液,在催化剂的作用下,把海绵铜或铜矿石中的铜提取出来。经过滤、蒸发、浓缩、灼烧后转化为黑色氧化铜粉末,再用一定浓度的硫酸酸化,生成无水硫酸铜产品。实验结果表明,最佳配料比是 Cu∶NH∶(NH_4)_2CO_3∶催化剂为1∶5∶1∶0.3,其浸取率可达95%以上,采用20%~25%H_2SO_4溶液溶解氧化铜,其产品结晶颗粒大,纯度可达到98%以上,达到国家标准饲料级要求。这项工艺的特点是设备简单、耗能低、劳动强度小、回收率高。

Abstract:Under action of catalyzer,taking ammonia oxide carbide as extracting solution,copper is abstracted fromsponge copper or copper ore.The copper is oxidated to black cupric oxide powder through filtratedevaporated concetrated and ignited,acidulating under definte concentration sulphuricacid,the blue vitriol isproduced.The experement event evinces that optimum proportionality of Cu:NH_3:(NH_4)_2CO_3:catalyzeris 1:5:1:0.3,the extracting ratio has exceeded 95%,The cupricoxide is resoved by 20%-25% sulphuricacid,thecrystallicue grains of the product is largr,the purity has exceeded 98%,the quality reached to national standardof diet.The speciality of the techinics is that the plant is simply,the energy Consuption is lower,the labourintensity is lighter and the recovery is higher.
