国土资源知识库的建设与应用

为满足决策分析的需要和指导国土资源数据利用,从数据—知识—应用3个层次对国土资源数据进行了深层次的挖掘和利用,按照知识获取→知识表示→知识库设计、存储→知识利用技术流程建设国土资源知识库,包括国土资源空间知识库、国土资源影像知识库、国土资源专题知识库、国土资源元知识库,并给出知识库应用于国土资源综合分析系统的实例。

Establishment and Application of Land and Resource Knowledge Base

Knowledge base(KB) has become a research focus recently.Knowledge is regarded as a kind of information mined from data base(DB) and benefits to government decision making.In this paper,the "data-knowledge-application" framework is described to build land and resource knowledge base.There are four types of land and resource knowledge base,which are spatial,image,thematic and metadata KB,and every KB can also be made up by more detail knowledge clusters.Data mining and expert experience are two main methods to get knowledge,and how to represent knowledge and design knowledge database is also discussed.Some possible applications are proposed finally,and an example of land and resource synthetical analysis system is developed based on KB.
