| 摘 要： | 基于GIS空间技术,采用Delphy法进行评价因素、因子的选取及权重的确定,运用空间分析模型确定土地分等定级单元,并加权得到各单元的总分值,最后采用总分值频率直方图法进行土地等级的综合评定.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the process of urban land classification based on GIS.It firstly uses Delphy method to select factors and define the weight of factors participating in urban land classification.Then it plots classification cells using spatial analysis model and works out the general values for all cells based on weights.Finally,it applies the method of Histogram with frequency of general values to classify the urban land. |
