基于WebGIS的海洋信息共享发布系统平台

为促进海洋信息的共享和应用,充分发挥海量数据的价值,满足各类用户对海洋信息的浏览和应用需求,文章利用ArcGIS for Server软件平台的相关模块,构建基于WebGIS的海洋信息共享发布系统平台。该系统平台汇总海洋功能区划、海洋环境保护规划、海洋生态红线和海洋公园分布、海域使用现状以及航拍遥感影像等海洋信息,以GIS专题地图的形式通过互联网发布和共享,具有地图操作、地图查询、空间分析、制图、出图打印和数据更新6大功能,用户可随时随地在各种平台客户端访问和浏览。

The Marine Information Sharing and Release System Platform Based on WebGIS

In order to promote the sharing and application of marine information,and to fully utilize the value of massive data to meet the needs of various users for marine information,this paper used the relevant modules of ArcGIS for Server software platform to build a marine information system platform based on WebGIS technology.The system platform summarizes marine functional zoning,marine environmental protection planning,marine ecological red line and marine park distribution,current situation of sea area utilization and aerial remote sensing imagery and other marine information,published and shared by the Internet in the form of GIS thematic map,with 6 functions including map operation and map query,space analysis,mapping,plot printing and data update,users can access and browse on any platform anytime,anywhere.
