| 摘 要： | 本文主要介绍军事工程选址决策支持系统开发的思路和方法,目的在于解决军事工程选址过程中利用计算机提供决策支持的方法。本文主要从军事工程选址决策支持系统的设计思路、决策过程、模型的建立、数据的获取、人机界面及基于GIS的应用等方面予以介绍。本文利用军事港口M的选址问题,着重于介绍系统开发的理论方法和实现过程。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly introduces the methods of the conceptual design of Decision Support System of Selecting Locus for Military Projects. According to the frame of the system. It respectively discusses the idea of design, the process of decision, data acquision, model establishment and significance and difficulties in the realization of the system. It takes locus selection for military harbor as an example to illustrate the importance of the location problem. The academic methods were mainly introduced as the references to relevant researchers on the construction of military projects and operational environment. |
