| 摘 要： | 本文根据1996－2000年从事牡蛎三倍体育苗与养殖技术研究的生产试验中，主要从加强亲贝蓄养，让亲贝充分成熟；卵子的离体海水促熟培育，让卵子发育同步；洗卵处理；受精卵密度的掌握；三倍体诱导参数；外部环境条件等六方面探讨了如何提高牡蛎三倍体诱导率，以满足规模化生产的需要，推动牡蛎三倍体养殖业的发展。

| Abstract: | Some techniques are discussed about how to increase the triploid rate in this paper according to the productive experiments on triploid breeding and culturing in Pacific oyster during 1996 to 2000. The effective measures probed into can be Summarized in the following: enhancing the cultivation condition to allow the parental oysters to mature sufficiently; incubating the stripped eggs to cause them to develope synchronously; cleaning the stripped eggs; controlling the density of the fertilized eggs; searching for the optimal parameters of triploid induction and exterior conditions. These are helpful in improving the ratio of triploid induction, meeting the demands of scale production and promoting the development of triploid culture in oyster. |
