| Abstract: | From the observed textures and mineral associations, chemographic relations have been derived in isobaric T-XCO2 space for the minerals actinolite, ankerite, calcite, chlorine, epidote, and hornblende in Scottish Dalradian metabasites from Central Perthshire. Mineralogical variations in the carbonate-bearing metabasites within the distances of 0.5-1 km or so, are attributed to varying partial pressures of CO2 operating during metamorphism. |
