兰州市福利彩票销售点分布特征及空间格局优化

利用销售福利彩票所筹集的社会福利基金已成为发展我国社会福利事业的重要经济支柱，研究福利彩票销售点的合理布局具有重要的现实意义。基于兰州市福利彩票销售点位置数据，结合城市道路、行政区划、GDP及人口统计等数据，利用GIS空间分析和数理统计方法，系统分析兰州市福利彩票销售点空间分布特征。结果表明：①兰州市福利彩票销售点在空间上呈现明显的区域差异，城关区最多；七里河区和西固区较少；安宁区最少。②兰州市福利彩票销售点在4个城区的空间格局也存在一定差异，其中在城关区和七里河区呈密集分布，且前者福利彩票销售和密度高于后者，而在西固区和安宁区呈分散分布。③兰州市福利彩票销售点空间格局的形成主要受人口数量、交通便利程度和居民人均收入等因素影响。④兰州市福利彩票销售点的这种不均衡分布一方面势必影响福利彩票销量；另一方面也加剧了福利彩票销售点之间的竞争，其中在城关区竞争最为激烈，西固区和安宁区则较弱，这两个行政区可成为今后建设福利彩票销售点的主要区域。

The Distribution Characteristics and Spatial Distribution Optimizing of the Welfare Lottery PO S in Lanzhou

The social welfare fund raised by sailing welfare lotteries has become an important economic pillar to develop our country's social welfare, and it is of great practical significance to studying the rational distribution of welfare lottery sales.Based on the location data of welfare lottery POS of Lanzhou, combined with urban road, administrative division, GDP, demographic data and so on, we systematically analyze spatial distribution pattern of Lanzhou city welfare lottery POS by means of spatial analysis of GIS and mathemat-ical statistics.The results are showed that:(1)there are obvious regional differences over space in the welfare lottery POS distribution of Lanzhou city, most of welfare lottery POS distribute in Chengguan district, followed by Qilihe district and Xigu district, the least is Anning district;(2)there are also some differences in the four urban cities’ spatial pattern in welfare lottery POS of Lanzhou city, the distribution is intensive in Chengguan district and Qilihe district, and kernel density of welfare lottery POS of the former is higher than the latter, while the distribution is dispersed in Xigu district and Anning district;(3)the population size, the degree of transportation convenience and the per capita income, etc are the main factors which influence the information of spatial pattern of Lanzhou city wel-fare lottery POS;(4)on the one hand , the imbalanced distribution of welfare lottery POS in Lanzhou certainly will affect the sales of welfare lottery , on the other hand, this situation also enhances the competition among the welfare lottery POS, the completion in Chengguan district is fiercest and weaker in Xigu district and Anning district, the two administrative regions can be the main area which build the welfare lottery POS in the future.
