微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定大米中的痕量锗

摘    要:采用了不同的方法处理了经微波消解后的大米样品,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪进行测定。通过对各方法所得测量结果的比较,发现硫酸、氢氟酸和过氧化氢处理的样品所得结果与标准值最接近,且经多次测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于10%。

Abstract:The rice samples after digested were treated by different chemical methods in this work. The experimental results measured by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)showed that the sample treated by sulphuric acid,hydrofluoric acid and hydrogen peroxide provided higher accuracy, and the relative standard deviation of multiple experiments was less than 10%.
