| Abstract: | A correlation study between solar wind activity and Jupiter's decametric radiation seems to indicate that the solar wind has a suppressive effect on the non Io-related emission. A basic model for the non Io-related emission is presented, to explain this and other characteristics of the non Io-related emission. |
