摘    要:1995年3月至1996年1月间对胶州湾北部水域的浮游植物进行了6个航次的调查,在对浮游植物群落的定性和定量研究的基础上,采用Q生物多样性统计指数对该海域浮游植物群落结构进行了研究.结果表明,调查区夏秋季的Q统计指数较冬春季为高.调查区浮游植物群落Q统计指数的结果与物种丰富度指数、Margalef指数、Shannon指数、Simpson指数和Pielou均匀度等其他常用物种多样性指数的比较表明,Q统计指数的分辨率高,有较好的生物学解释,同时避免了对优势种和稀有种的过高估计,是海洋浮游植物群落多样性分析的一种较理想指数.

Abstract:Six cruises were carried out in the north of Jiaozhou Bay from March 1995 to January 1996. The Q statistics, a measure of the inter-quartile slope of the cumulative species abundance curve, was applied to studying diversity of phytoplankton community in the survey area. The results show that Q statistics of phytoplankton community is higher in summer and autumn than that in winter and spring. Comparing with the other common biodiversity indices of phytoplankton community, such as species richness, Margalef's index, Shannon's index, Simpson's index and Pielou's evenness, the Q statistics is a good index. the Q statistics afforded a greater degree of discrimination than any the other indices, it can described species abundance in the inter-quartile region of species abundance distribution, and is robust against variable sample size. It is also a robust and useful diversity measure which does not require the fitting of a species abundance model. Using Q statistics in analysis of phytoplankton community diversity is strongly recommended.
