| 摘 要： | 随着Intemet和无线接入技术的迅猛发展，计算机与网络技术被越来越多的应用于生产和管理领域。因此，各种监控管理系统也就应运而生了。重点介绍通过手机群呼发送短信的方式传输地震信息过程，并简单介绍了地震信息群呼在地震预报中的应用，分析了手机群呼短信信息服务软件的使用方法。

| Abstract: | With the development of Internet and wireless technology,computers and network are applied in production and management fields,and all kinds of monitoring systems are produced.The process of sending earthquake information is introduced in the paper by the method of group sending short-information in mobil-telephones,the application of this method in earthquake prediction is also introduced,including the method of the service software. |
