| 摘 要： | 基于统计资料和实际调查分析佛山市禅城区的城市用地空间结构.结果显示,禅城区的城市用地空间演变遵循一般圈层式和轴向填充式规律,空间演变历程可分为4个时期:形成期、渐进扩散期、填充期和蔓延期.城市土地利用均质度较低,没有形成一定的功能分区,用地布局总体较为混乱,主要表现为工业用地与城市其他功能区边界模糊.区域环境变化、行政区域调整和产业发展与升级是影响用地空间结构的主要因素.最后基于问题提出用地空间结构优化的对策.

| Abstract: | Based on statistical data and practical investigation,this paper analyzes urban land-use spatial structure in Chancheng District of Foshan city.Results show that,the urban land-use spatial structure in Chancheng District follows the common rule of circle type and axis-filled type.The evolvement includes four periods: the initial period,the gradual diffused period,the filling period and the spreading periond.The land-use evenness degree is rather low,there are no functional sub-areas.The land distribution is... |
