This article simply discusses the situation of digital remote sensing techniques which has been applied to monitor the land use dynamic change, introduces the notion of land use dynamic monitoring by remote sensing, the methods and the steps. Now there are a few difficulties including the data preprocessing and the monitoring methods selection.
