| 摘 要： | 将RS与GIS技术运用到小城镇生态规划研究中,可提高规划的科学性、准确性、合理性,使之更具可操作性.GIS技术为生态敏感性分析、生态适宜性评价与生态建设工程的环境效益分析评价提供了便利的手段.在RS与GIS技术的支持下,对中国东部一典型的小城镇进行了生态敏感性分析、生态适宜性评价及生态建设工程的生态环境效益分析评价,并在此基础上对该区域提出了生态功能分区、规模化利用土地及调整产业布局等规划方案.

| Abstract: | Applying RS & GIS techniques for ecological planning of small towns is more scientific,accurate, rational and feasible in making the planning. The GIS techniques can provide a series of convenient methods to evaluate ecological senility,ecological adaptable degree and to assess benefit of eco-environment projects. The authors utilized the RS & GIS techniques to analyze the ecological senility and evaluate the ecological adaptable degree of a representative of the small towns in East China and assess the benefit of eco-environment of the zoology projects. The authors put forward a ecological planning about dividing sub-area of eco-function, large-scale utilizing land and rationally adjusting industry plan,etc. |
