摘    要:地震灾害总是伴随着巨大的生命和财产损失,本文在传统的震害预测模型的基础上,提出了基于人口统计资料进行震害预测的模型及方法,并针对漳州市丘陵盆地广泛分布的特点,提出了以行政村为单元的震害快速评估方法。开展了基于WebGIS漳州市城乡震害快速评估系统建设,经过模拟1997年5月31日永安西南5.2级地震和2007年3月13日顺昌4.9级地震,与实际地震震害进行了对比研究。模拟结果表明,采用行政村震害计算模型设计的漳州市城乡震害快速评估系统具有较好的效果。

Abstract:By using the traditional quick predicting model and population statistics, this paper puts forward a fast loss evaluation approach, which is based on the administrative village unit, with the analysis of the features of broad area of hills and basins in Zhangzhou city area. Taking Zhangzhou as an example, a fast loss evaluation system based on WebGIS has been constructed. Using this system we stimulated earthquake of magnitude 5.2 in the South-east Yongan city on May31, 1997 and earthquake of magnitude 4.9 in Shunchang city on March 13, 2007. Through comparison of simulated results to that of damage survey on-site, we conclude out that this fast loss evaluation system is useful in practice.
