| Abstract: | Molybdenum occurs naturally in seawater as molybdate ion, but little is known of its effects, at elevated concentrations, upon marine organisms. The toxicity of ammonium molybdate, a constituent of some industrial wastes, to marine invertebrates has now been tested. It proves to be not very toxic. |
