基于GIS的城市防震减灾信息管理系统

城市防震减灾信息管理系统是一个融合多种学科和高新技术的复合杂系统，是政府进行地震灾害科学管理的辅助决策工具。震前，可为政府部门找出抗震薄弱环节，为地震灾害预测提供科学依据，震时，能快速作出科学化，程式化的应急响应，辅助政府官员进行抗震救灾指挥决策；震后，能快速估计经济损失、人员伤亡等，辅助政府做好震后恢复救助工作。介绍在ＧＩＳ（地理信息系统）平台上，研制城市防震减灾信息管理系统的基本步骤及研制过程

Information management system based on GIS for earthquake defense and hazard reduction in city

The information management system for earthquake defense and hazard reduction in city is complicated system. First it helps the government departments to find the shortcoming in the earthquake defense measurements and to provide the government departments with useful data and methods of hazard defense before an earthquake coming; Second it make a series of scientific and ordinal ways to help the government departments. Third it estimates the damaged value of property, the number of dead and injured people etc. It helps government departments to make the resume projects. In This paper, the author introduces the study processes of earthquake defense and hazard reduction in city basing on GIS that includes user demand analysis, database of buildings, system configurations and document making etc.
