济南市土地利用现状探析

利用综合分析、综合指数、文献资料等方法对济南市土地利用现状进行了分析，研究结果表明，济南市的土地利用和土地资源集约处于发展期；土地资源生态质量处于发展衰退期，由于经济的高速发展，土地生态资源遭到了一定的破坏；土地资源和土地利用综合指数都较前几年有明显提高，土地集约处于发展提高期，反映土地集约程度显著提高和改善。

Study on Present Condition of Land Use in Jinan City

By using comprehensive analysis, compherensive index and literature information, present condi- tion of land use in Jinan city has been analyzed. It is showed that land use and land resource concentration in Jinan city are in a development stage, but the land resource ecology is in the recession stage. Due to rap- id development of economy, ecological environment has been damaged, and composite index of land re- sources and land use in Jinan city have significantly increased over the previous years. Concentrated land use is in a rapid developing stage. It reflects that concentration degree has been promoted and improved.
