| 摘 要： | 本文以浙江省嘉善县干窑镇胡家埭村和江西省兴国县江背镇高寨村为例,从农村宅基地退出的运作模式、退出方式、利益主体、成本投入、实施成效以及存在问题6个方面,比较分析了不同经济发展阶段地区农村宅基地退出机制的区域差异,并提出了若干促进农村宅基地退出机制进一步完善的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper comparatively analyzes the regional differences in rural residential land exit mechanisms in terms of operation mode, exit pattern, stakeholders, cost of inputs, implementation situations and present problems, among regions of different stages of economic development, on the basis of the case studies： Hujiadai Village, Ganyao Town, Jiashan County, Zhejiang Province and Gaozhai Village, Jiangbei Town, Xingguo County, Jiangxi Province. In addition, a set of policy recommendations is proposed for the improvement of rural homestead exit scheme. |
