知识经济时代的环境观

２１世纪是知识经济时代＾「１、２」，知识经济在为环境保护带来机遇的同时，也给环境保护带来了严重的挑战。在总结人类同环境污染做斗争经验教训的基础上，从自然－社会－经济系统角度分析，在知识经济提供的强大技术支持的条件下，应掌握环境问题发生发展的每一个环节上的能流、物流、信息流的规律，最大限度地消除或降低环境污染，树立系统的、整体的、未来的、全球的环境观。

The Environmental Concept in the Knowledge Economic Epoch

The 21st century is the knowledge economic epoch(KEE), which generates opportunities as well as challenges for the environment protection. On the view of natural-social-economical integration, the paper studied the experiences and lessons from the history of anti environment pollution. It argues that with the help of techniques originate from the knowledge economy, people can master the rules of energy flow, material flow and information flow with the context of every sections of the development of environment issues, thus can alleviate the environment pollution with the greatest possibility, a systemic, holistic and global environment concept(EC) should be adopted in our routine life.
