衡水市水功能区纳污现状及能力分析

为实现水资源的合理开发、利用，针对目前水功能区水体污染严重的状况，从水功能区划分、水质状况、纳污现状、纳污能力计算与分析四个方面，详细探讨了衡水市水功能区纳污现状及纳污能力，给出了不同行政分区段内污染物消减目标，并提出了积极推进水环境治理规划建设、完善管理机制和加快县级污水处理厂建设等五项排污治理的建议。

For realizing the reasonable development and utilization of the water resources,according to the current situation of serious water pollution in the water function area,from four aspects such as partition of the area,status of water quality,the current situation and capacity calculation of sewage water dilution,the article discusses the above mentioned theme and gives the pollutant quantity reduction aim in the different administration division and put forward to advice of the pollution to be controlled.
