原子荧光光度法测定植物样品中的铋

摘    要:植物样品经硝酸-高氯酸1次湿法消解后,用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定铋。测定时加入消泡剂磷酸三丁酯,可有效消除泡沫,降低记忆效应,提高精密度。方法精密度(RSD=12)铋1.50%。经加标回收试验和国家一级标准物质验证,测定结果与标准值吻合。

Abstract:A method for a simultaneous determination of bismuth in plant samples by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was developed. The samples were digested with HNO 3 -HC10 4 and tributyl phosphate was added for an effective elimination of foam,reduction of memo- ry effect and improvement of the accuracy. The method was applied to the determination of trace Bi and based on national standard ref- erence materials and the results were in agreement with the certified values. The recovery test was satisfactory with precision ( RSD = 12) of 1. 50% for Bi.
